Please choose your purchase carefully.  We do not offer refunds or returns if you change your mind or do not like it. Each item is individually inspected and carefully packed before dispatch however, if a product arrives faulty or broken, we will replace the product free of charge.

If you have a faulty item and it needs to be returned you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your invoice   Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.

How to Return a Faulty or Broken Product

If you have received a faulty or broken product simply email info@karmeleons.com.au with you invoice number and date of purchase and we will send you a Returns Authorisation form that you will be required complete and return to us with your online receipt and invoice and the damaged product(s).

 Important Note:

  • For privacy and security reasons, Karmeleons does not store credit card information - you must include this information on the Karmeleons Returns Form to receive your refund.

  •  The Customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges associated with returning products.

  • Karmeleons will not accept any liability for goods lost or damaged in transit to our warehouse.
