Karmeleons is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. Karmeleons understand that as a visitor to our website, you may be concerned about your privacy and about any information that we gain about you online. We are committed to protecting your privacy and to complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Australia). We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that's all.

Karmeleons uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Karmeleons only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you.

Website and Credit Card Security

We use Secure Pay to process online orders. Customers can see their cards being authorised and debited in real time, all in an SSL secure environment.

We take website and credit card security extremely seriously, and always endeavour to provide a secure safe platform on which to conduct online transactions, www.karmeleons.com uses the industry standard Secure Rapid (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your information as it is transmitted over the internet. This encryption scrambles details such as credit card number, billing details and delivery address so that generally, other computers are unable to decipher the information, ensuring privacy and security.

To make sure you are accessing a secure server, check for the unbroken key or closed lock symbol located generally either at the bottom left or top right of your browser window. If it appears, then SSL is active. You can double check this by looking at the URL as well. If SSL is active, then the first characters of that line will read ‘https’ rather than just ‘http’. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer.

No credit data is retained after the transaction. It will be necessary to quote your payment details every time you place an order.



  1. We have a flat rate of $10.00 per delivery anywhere in Australia.
  2. Goods usually arrive 2 to 7 working days of receipt of the order. If we do not have stock of the item you have ordered you will be notified immediately upon receipt of the order.
  3. If we do not have stock of the item you have ordered you will be notified immediately upon receipt of the order.
  4. All orders are sent via Australia post with insurance and tracking.
  5. International freight costs will be calculated depending on the destination. We will notify you of this before dispatch.  


Delivery Delays

If a product needs to be placed on back order to fulfil your request we will notify you by email.

If you are in a residential area please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be delivered to you. For rural areas, please allow a further 1-2 business days.

Packages do not ship from our Distribution Centre on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day

  • New Years Holiday

  • Australia Day

  • Labour Day

  • Good Friday

  • Saturday before Easter Sunday

  • Easter Monday

  • ANZAC Day

  • Queens Birthday

  • Melbourne Cup Day

  • Christmas Day

  • Boxing Day

  • Boxing Day Holiday

Please allow additional delivery times of up to 5 business days, if your order is placed within two days prior to any of the above public holidays.

However we cannot, and do not, represent or warrant the accuracy, adequacy, completeness of information on this website or that it is up to date.                                                                                                                                                                                                

While we try to represent products (including colours) accurately, the representation on your screen may be different to the actual product for various reasons;

Description of products are summaries only (with further information available on request to us); and

Due to technical or human error, information may be recorded incorrectly or omitted.

We do not accept responsibility for any loss suffered as a result of reliance on the accuracy, adequacy, completeness or currency of information on this website.


Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Please note goods must be returned within a reasonable period and you may be asked for proof of purchase. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase. You may also be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault. If you prefer an alternative to a refund, we can arrange for goods to be exchanged or repaired.
